I'm Hai Nakash, and my journey into Fintech and entrepreneurship has followed a less traditional path. I began my professional life in the army, where I trained and educated paramedics. That experience instilled in me a strong sense of protection, service, and responsibility—values that have guided every decision I’ve made since.

Post-military, I rolled up my sleeves and helped build nearly 15 law and accounting firms—handling everything from setup to staffing, marketing, and operations. Simultaneously, I ran a digital agency dedicated to helping businesses grow, evolve, and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

In 2015, I founded ZmiAlpha to formalize my consulting work. We grew quickly, expanding into cybersecurity, startup support, and fintech infrastructure. We didn’t just build marketing systems—we created future-ready solutions that solve real problems.

By 2016, I was actively trading digital assets and saw a massive gap: people were entering complex financial ecosystems without the tools, protections, or guidance they needed.

That insight drove me to launch PeerTC in 2021, followed by NAX Capital in 2023. These platforms were designed to bring institutional-grade compliance, security, and accessibility to a rapidly evolving market.
